1. Objective
To ensure that cargo loaded onto railway wagons complies with permissible axle load limits by verifying weight at a weighbridge and adjusting any overloads safely and efficiently.
2. Scope of Services:

- Re-weigh adjusted wagons to ensure compliance.
- Reissue weighment certificate or approval for departure.
2.7. Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols during adjustment process.
- Ensure compliance with railway regulations and environmental guidelines.
3. Equipment & Manpower:
- Suitable lifting/unloading equipment (e.g., crane, forklift, conveyor).
- Trained labor for manual handling if required.
- Safety gear and supervision staff.
2.6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of initial weight, adjusted weight, overload quantity, and actions taken.
- Submit daily/weekly summary reports to client and railway authority.
